How do you calculate my personal targets?

We use something called the Mifflin St Jeor equation to help us calculate how many calories you need each day to achieve your goal. Studies show this is one of the most accurate ways to estimate calorie burn.  
 
To this we add a daily steps target to get you moving more, and recommended workouts which focus on improving muscle tone and strength. Studies show a combination of both aerobic activity (like walking, cycling, running) and strength exercise is the most effective route to lasting weight loss and improving fitness.
