How do I sync steps from the Orb?

Once you have connected your Orb to Kiqplan, you can upload steps by pressing the button on the Orb once. A solid green light will show and your steps will appear in the “Daily Diary” screen.

You can also refer to this video which will show you how to pair and where to see your steps once they have uploaded to the Kiqplan app.


Should you see a brief red light following the initial green light, it means your upload has failed. Here's a checklist of possible issues:


- Is the Orb paired to the account?

- Is bluetooth active? If it is, try by switching it off and back on after a few secponds

- Are "Location Services" enabled?

- Do you have a strong and reliable internet signal?

- Is the time on your phone correctly set?
