I am not seeing my steps in the Daily Diary screen

If your Orb is paired but you aren’t able to sync steps, please try the following:

- Reactivate your Bluetooth (switch it off and back on from your phone’s curtain menu).

- Close and reopen the Kiqplan app.

- Ensure you have a strong internet signal.

- Un-pair your Orb and pair it again.

- Push the Orb button once: a solid green light will show and disappear once the sync is successful. If a red light shows following the green one, it means the sync failed.
