I was not able to upload my steps to Kiqplan, what should I do?

Sync times may vary from one tracker to another. Please allow a few minutes for your steps to appear in Kiqplan. If your steps are still not syncing, please try the following:

  • Ensure the steps have already synced in the tracker's native app.
  • Make sure that you have internet connection.

  • Re-open the Kiqplan app, and try to sync again.
