Orb is displaying a red light

There are two scenarios in which you may get a red light on your Orb.
Once the battery is replaced, we advise to re-pair the device to Kiqplan. You can do so by following these steps:
-Open the Kiqplan app
-Tap on the top left menu
-Tap on "Settings"
-Tap on "Tracking Devices & Apps"
-Tap on "Activity"
-Tap on "Orb" to un-pair
-Tap on "Orb" to re-pair
-Key in the last five digits on the back of your Orb and tap "Done"
-Hold the button on your Orb until the yellow light appears
Your Orb will now be paired to your Kiqplan account. Simply open the app and press the button on the Orb once to send your steps to the app on demand.
